Design of the cyclical-and-continuous method of overburden mining in “Bachatsky” open pit

Commissioning date: March, 2008

Project details: There are different construction variants of travelling stocker lines from cyclical-and-continuous method with conservation to expansion of the mining level. In that case were chosen the following variants:

·         Conservation gave an opportunity to gain over 8,5 million tones of coal in a year with the end of construction and bridging into service one of the travelling stocker lines;

·         Industry capacity expansion till 10-12 million tones of coal in a year and bridging into service two of the travelling stocker lines.
