Building project of “Barzasskaya” coal-preparation plant (the 2nd stage)
Customer: “Barzasskaya” coal-preparation plant
Commissioning date: March, 2011
Location: Glushinskoye coal-field in the North part of Kemerovo region, Kuzbass
This project was designing since February 2010 till March 2011. “Sibgiproshakht” specialists took an active part in the field supervision of the plant. When commissioning date came, the project had had the GlavGosExpertise positive conclusion in Krasnoyarsk subsidiary.
“Barzasskaya” coal-preparation plant (the 2nd stage) is a technological complex with the productive capacity 1,5 million tones of coal in a year. It consists of:
- several conveyer galleries starting from the sorting-plant house of the 1st stage to the transloading place of the finished production;
- main building of enrichment with the technological line of multistage coal classification and heavy medium cyclone enrichment;
- finished product store;
- transloading places № 1, 2, 3;
- waste bin.
Besides technological complex of the 2nd stage has the fire pump station, the magnetite dump and the power plant.
